Upcoming workshop (21 June) on developing the innovative tools needed for a stable future pan-European electricity system

The Umbrella and iTesla projects are organising a workshop (21 June) to present their ideas  on the tools needed for developing a stable, pan-European electricity smart-grid.

“The iTesla and Umbrella projects are co-funded by the7th Research Framework Programme (FP7). The projects are linked to Topic ENERGY.2011.7.2.1 of the ENERGY-2011-1 Call and started their work in January 2012. The aim of both projects is to develop a simulation toolbox supporting future coordinated operations of the pan European electricity transmission network. Both projects are part of the ENTSO-E Research and Development Plan and the EEGI Roadmap which is part of the European SET plan.”
